This is really good with a just the right kick to it.
1 1/2 pounds of sirloin steak
1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp. McCormick’s Montreal Steak Seasoning
2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
Mix all the ingredients, except the steak, in a large Zip lock bag or even a glass bowl will work. Add the steak and coat it well. Set in fridge for several hours – the longer the better.
Grill outdoors, or preheat your oven to 375 degrees and cut the steak into cubes then place on a large rimmed sheet (discard the marinade) and cook for about 15-20 minutes.
