Diet Mind Spirit

Being the owner of a cooking website doesn’t mean I whip up recipes six to seven days a week. I, too, need a break from the kitchen sometimes and finding out about Diet Mind Spirit was truly a heaven sent gift.
The body mind spirit connection, which you can find out about under the diet category at their site is amazing. We truly enjoy a bring-home pizza and DVD rental night, but one of our country’s fast food chains has silicone in their cheese. Silicone? How scary is that? Did you know that? I thought they used that in breast implants. It gives you pause to wonder what else could be out there or rather in your food.
But without getting freaked out about some of the foods we ingest, we can still benefit from self improvement and they are a great place to start. Being a woman of “a certain age” it’s very important for me to learn and understand that certain foods can aid our bodies. I had no idea that fava beans were the most estrogen-dense food known, and are being used as hormone replacements. This is the kind of educative foodie information that they have. There are plentiful other categories, in addition to personal development, which is right on the money in their article on breathing. We really do learn something new every day.
This discovery of information from this site may help us to be well on our way to making better food choices for ourselves and our children.
