Pasta Salad Your Way

This recipe is so versatile. Add whatever veggies, cheese or meat you want - there are no set rules. Enjoy!
1 lb. pre-cooked pasta - corkscrew, tri-colored, etc.
1 bunch of cut-up fresh broccoli
1 chopped big tomato
1 small red onion - diced
1/2 small red pepper - chopped
1/2 small green pepper - chopped
1/2 small can black olives - drained
1/2 block of diced yellow cheddar or Colby cheese OR
1/2 block of diced Provolone - or a mixture of both
1/4 lb. diced Genoa Salami OR pepperoni stick - diced
1 8oz. bottle of 7 Seas Italian Dressing
(You can add 1/2 can drained garbanzo beans, or green olives, or cauliflower, ham, whatever you want; it all works well)
Cook the macaroni according to package directions and drain; rinse with cool water too cool. Set aside.
Mix all the ingredients - except the dressing - into a large bowl and combine well. Add the pasta and 75% of the dressing and mix well again. Place into the refrigerator for at least an hour to “set”; add the rest of the dressing and again, mix well. Serve.
